TAP EventPLUS is an online portal that facilitates automation of the TAP event management lifecycle, improving accountability and providing a system for enhanced reporting.
Effectively an online event calendar, TAP EventPLUS is publicly available for the look-up and viewing of events by the general public and TAP partners, and also a password-protected system for TAP Managers and Service Component PMs to post and manage events.
Sophisticated user management functionality allows for the assignment of different system roles to users, determining their permissions in the system, and generating a workflow whereby TAP Managers create and submit events for review. Service Component PMs are notified when their approval is required. Easily accessible through the EventPLUS online portal, Service Component PMs can make changes to events awaiting their review, approve and publish it publicly with just a few clicks.
